Orders from Lovie’s Bead Lab are carefully packaged and shipped from Houston, Texas.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery time will depend on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your package is on the way.

Shipping Delays

Lovie’s Bead Lab is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or other shipping delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Lovie’s Bead Lab is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Lovie’s Bead Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so I can review the issue.
