Refund & Return Policy

All Lovie’s Bead Lab products are final sale. Because each item is handmade and many pieces are one of a kind, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so I can review the issue.

Lovie’s Bead Lab is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, pulling, snagging, misuse, or improper handling.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds due to loss or theft after delivery.
